Kia Ora!  We are proud to introduce ourselves:  Haumoana School's Cape Kids' Group.  We are a group of 8 children who have a passion for, and interest in, nature, birds, animals and making a difference to our environment.

Haumoana School is located in Hawke's Bay and we are lucky to be close close to Cape Kidnappers.  Cape Sanctuary is located at Cape Kidnappers and our school has links to the sanctuary.  Cape to City is a project to bring native species back to Hawke’s Bay to thrive as part of the landscape – and our lives. 

 

Cape Kids want to help the project by providing a safe corridor for the birds to travel from Cape Sanctuary to our school.  An ambitious project but at Haumoana School we love a challenge.
